How can I make a reservation?
Reservations open two weeks before your desired date at 8 AM via RESY. We offer limited reservations until 9 PM, with availability filling up quickly. Walk-ins are encouraged and seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, we do not operate a waitlist.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins! While we offer a limited number of reservations for indoor dining, our rooftop patio is always walk-in only. Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times may vary depending on demand. We recommend arriving early to increase your chances of getting seated promptly. Please note that we do not operate a waitlist, but our team will do their best to accommodate you as soon as a table becomes available.

How do I make a group reservation?
For groups of up to 8, you can book directly through RESY two weeks in advance. For larger groups or if you can't find availability, please email us at gm@public-gardens.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I book Public Gardens for a private event?
Yes, we offer buyouts for larger events. For inquiries, please contact us at gm@public-gardens.com with your event details, and we’ll coordinate with you directly.

Booking Issues

I don’t see any reservations available on RESY. What should I do?
If you can’t find an available reservation, we encourage you to visit as a walk-in guest. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive.

How can I modify my reservation?
You can adjust your reservation through your RESY account. If further assistance is needed, email us at gm@public-gardens.com with your requested changes.

What happens if I’m running late to my reservation?
We hold tables for 15 minutes after your reservation time to allow for delays. If you anticipate being late, please notify us through your RESY account, which provides real-time communication with our team. After the 15-minute grace period, we may release your table to accommodate other guests waiting to be seated. While we’ll do our best to seat you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee immediate availability after the grace period. We appreciate your understanding and encourage prompt communication over RESY to better assist with any delays.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your reservation to avoid a $10 per person fee for late cancellations or no-shows. You can cancel directly through RESY.

Do you have a Happy Hour?
Our Happy Hour is every day 5 PM to 7 PM!

Do you serve your main food menu all night?
We serve our main menu from open to close Sunday - Wednesday, only serving pizzas and desserts after midnight on Thursday and Friday.

Do you have DJs?
Yes, we have DJs every night! 8pm-close Sunday - Wednesday, 10pm - close Thursday & Friday.

Can I bring a cake to celebrate?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a cake! We do charge a $25 flat fee, and it will be self-serve at your table.

I want to come and watch a sports game. Do you show them?
We air most sports games! If it’s not already on, let your server know, and we’ll do our best to put it on for you.

I want you to carry my product. Who should I contact?

Food & Menu

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer gluten-free pizza crust, pasta, and salads that can be made gluten-free, and most of our desserts, except for the tiramisu, are gluten-free. Our steak is naturally gluten-free as well. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we do! Your server will be happy to guide you through our vegan offerings when you arrive.

Do you have dairy-free options?
Yes, we offer several dairy-free options, including vegan cheese for pizzas and red sauce pastas that can be made dairy-free. Many of our dishes can be modified—just let your server know, and they’ll assist you.

Do you have halal options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer halal options at this time.

Do you make your dishes in-house?
Yes, all of our dishes are made fresh in-house. Our pasta is freshly made and locally sourced for the best quality and taste.
